This isn't a sight-seeing tour, it's actually the very first flight lesson. The student will sit in the pilot's seat, handle the controls, and feel what it's like to be a helicopter pilot.

THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO OBLIGATION TO THE INTRODUCTORY FLIGHT LESSON, IT'S ALL ABOUT FLYING AND FUN!

The typical Introductory Flight lasts about an hour and will consist of:

     - Awareness training session (SFAR 73.61(3) on the Robinson R22

     - 20 minute pre-flight walk around

     - Brief explanation of flight controls and systems

     - Hands-on flight lesson with Officer Don where you will attempt to:

          -  Hover

          - Straight and level flight

     - Post-flight debriefing session

     - Log your flight hours in your very own pilot log book
